Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and rjbet ("rjbet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the rjbet platform at rjbet.win. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the rjbet platform.
1.1 rjbet operates an online gaming platform ("Platform") accessible at rjbet.win, providing live casino games, sports betting markets, and slot titles to eligible users.
1.2 These Terms, together with the rjbet Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between rjbet and each registered user. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rule expressly states otherwise.
1.3 Your continued use of the rjbet Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
1.4 rjbet reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access to any user at its sole discretion, subject to the provisions of Section 13 of these Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Minimum Age. The rjbet Platform is strictly for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. rjbet enforces this age restriction in accordance with international gaming authority guidelines applicable to its operations.
3.2 Age Verification. rjbet may require you to provide documentary proof of age at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or as part of ongoing KYC compliance. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation will result in suspension of withdrawal rights and may result in Account closure.
3.3 Underage Gambling. If rjbet determines at any time that an Account holder is under 21 years of age, the Account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned; any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited. rjbet may report confirmed underage gambling incidents to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
3.4 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using the rjbet Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. rjbet does not provide legal advice on this matter. Users accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited do so at their own risk and may have their accounts suspended without notice.
Age Restriction: rjbet is strictly a 21+ platform. We actively work to prevent underage gambling. If you suspect a minor has accessed the Platform using your credentials, contact rjbet support immediately and change your account password.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on rjbet. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and balances may be forfeited at rjbet's discretion.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.3 Non-Transferability. Your rjbet Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights thereunder to any third party.
4.4 KYC Compliance. rjbet may request identity, address, and source-of-funds verification at any stage of your relationship with the Platform. Withdrawal processing may be suspended pending KYC completion. Full KYC documentation may be required before any withdrawal exceeding RM10,000 (or the cumulative equivalent over a rolling 30-day period) is processed.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rjbet login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. rjbet will never ask you for your password via any communication channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
5.2 You must notify rjbet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials by contacting support via live chat.
5.3 rjbet will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, including losses resulting from sharing credentials with third parties or using the Platform on a public or shared device without logging out.
5.4 rjbet employs 256-bit SSL encryption, device monitoring, and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) as security infrastructure. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA from their Account security settings.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods available on the rjbet Platform at any given time, which include (but are not limited to) Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and FPX bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. E-wallet deposits reflect in your Account balance immediately upon processing confirmation. Bank transfer processing times vary between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the originating bank.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account, or to a verified bank account registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions; the actual funds transfer timeline depends on the receiving payment method. rjbet reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
rjbet holds player funds in accounts segregated from operational funds. In the event of any operational insolvency, player funds are protected from claims by creditors to the extent required under the applicable licensing framework.
rjbet operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) controls. Suspicious transactions may be reported to relevant financial intelligence authorities. rjbet may delay or freeze withdrawal processing where a transaction triggers AML review protocols, without liability to the Account holder for the duration of the review period.
Currency: All Account balances, bets, and payouts on rjbet are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion charges are applied for MYR transactions within the Platform.
7.1 rjbet may offer promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentive structures to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's individual terms. Bets placed on games excluded from wagering requirement fulfilment will not count toward clearing the requirement.
7.3 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address, per device, and per payment method. rjbet reserves the right to revoke bonuses where it determines that multiple accounts from the same household or network have claimed the same promotion.
7.4 Abuse. rjbet reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies across bonused and non-bonused accounts, participation in disallowed game types to accumulate wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus farming across related accounts.
7.5 Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. rjbet reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to active accounts at the time of modification.
8.1 All games available on the rjbet Platform operate using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or live dealing procedures verified by independent testing laboratories. Game-specific rules are published within the game interface and constitute additional terms applicable to each game category.
8.2 Connection Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection during active gaming sessions. rjbet is not liable for losses resulting from connection interruptions on your side. Where a disconnection occurs mid-game on a live casino table, rjbet's published disconnection policy governs outcome resolution — this policy is accessible within the live casino section of the Platform.
8.3 Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or misquoted odds arising from a system fault, rjbet reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts. rjbet is under no obligation to honour payouts that result from demonstrably erroneous game outcomes or technical malfunctions.
8.4 Sportsbook. Sportsbook results are settled according to official results published by the relevant sporting authority or competition organiser. In the event of a dispute regarding result settlement, rjbet's decision following review of available official data is final. Live in-play odds are updated in real time; bets accepted prior to a material live event are settled on the in-play odds at the time of bet acceptance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rjbet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

11.1 All content on the rjbet Platform — including software, design, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, game assets, and interface elements — is the intellectual property of rjbet or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use rjbet's intellectual property for any purpose other than accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming activity.
11.2 You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works based on any rjbet Platform content without prior written authorisation from rjbet.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rjbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
12.2 rjbet's total aggregate liability to any individual Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player into their Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit rjbet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by rjbet's negligence, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
12.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." rjbet makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.
13.1 By rjbet. rjbet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the Account would expose rjbet to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, rjbet will communicate the basis for suspension and an expected resolution timeframe where practicable.
13.2 Return of Funds. Upon termination of an Account not arising from prohibited activity or Terms breach, any remaining cash balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recent deposit payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 By the Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting rjbet support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding verified withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course prior to closure finalisation.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rjbet holds its primary operating licence, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to rjbet's customer support team for internal resolution. rjbet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted via email to the address in Section 16.
14.3 If an internal resolution is not achieved within 30 days of the complaint submission date, the dispute may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated under rjbet's applicable operating licence for independent adjudication.
14.4 During the pendency of any dispute, Players are not entitled to withhold payments owed to rjbet, and rjbet is not obligated to release disputed funds until the dispute is resolved.
15.1 rjbet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file and/or by a notice displayed upon the next login following the amendment's effective date.
15.2 Continued use of the rjbet Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and submit a closure request in accordance with Section 13.3.
15.3 The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. rjbet maintains a version history of these Terms that is available upon written request.
